Because this test is relatively short, do look to keep your grade 9 algebraic skills up to speed (and extend them) by completing any appropriate work from the optional task.

Compulsory Task Two - Purchase the Textbooks

In preparation for the course you will need to purchase the textbooks over the summer break (see the link below).

Working on some of the more demanding Edexcel resources in the optional section on the Maths page (or the OCR one at the end) will keep your top end algebraic skills sharp. There are some very demanding questions in these so have a look through and challenge yourself!
